Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 or so cups finely chopped stewing beef
- 1 cups wild rice
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup green onion
Directions
- Place all liquids in crock pot.
- Stir
- Add all of the above ingredients
- Set slow cooker for 10 hours

I threw everything into the crockpot before I left for work this morning and it was ready when I got home. I added some Thyme, Basil, and Oregano. Perfect for this cold wet day - thanks for the great recipe :)
