How to make it

  • Preheat oven 425 degrees. Peel and cube sweet and baking potatoes.
  • Scrub red potatoes cut and cube don't peel.
  • Boil potatoes in water. Lightly salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a large nonstick baking sheet.
  • Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle on the herbs,salt and pepper. Roast until browned and crisp about 25 min.
