Ingredients
  • 4 4 ounce fillets
  • 1/2 c lime juice
  • 1 Tbl dried minced onion
  • 1 16 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 T dried parsley

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Spray a shallow baking dish
  3. Combine juice, onion, tomatoes and parley
  4. Pour mixture over fish
  5. Bake 15 to20 minutes depending on thickness of fish
  6. 4 servings 149 calories 3 gr fat 1 gr fiber
