Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/4 Tsp of Coarse pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Canned mushrooms
  • Fresh parsley
  • 3/4 a cup of Beer- opional
  • Butterfly cut deer steaks

Directions
  1. Thaw out steaks
  2. Dice Onion
  3. Set Stove to high heat
  4. Coat large skillet with olive oil
  5. When oil is hot, add in diced onions
  6. When onions are carmelized add steaks
  7. Sprinkle on coarse pepper and salt over steaks
  8. Rip off leaves from parsley stems and add leaves
  9. Add mushrooms
  10. Pour in beer-opional after about 3 min.
  11. Cook each side of steaks for approx. 5 min.
  12. NOTE: Deer is a very tender meat and does not need to cook long or it will become rubbery, cut into one steak and ensure that they are still not raw. Should be a greyish color.
  13. SERVE AND ENJOY!
