Here's an easy and delicious cheese spread that is wonderful on crackers or on baguette slices.

Ingredients
  • 2-8 ounce packages of cream cheese, room temp
  • 1-3 ounce package of cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 stick of butter, room temp
  • 1 jar Olde English cheese spread
  • 3 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • paprika

Directions
  1. Mix everything together;
  2. Pack into a crock or a serving bowl and sprinkle top with paprika;
  3. Refrigerate and let the flavors mingle for at least two hours before serving;
  4. Remove from fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
