Bakery Style Frosting Recipe

Bakery Style Frosting Recipe
This can be more like a glaze than a frosting (it's kind of drippy). But my gosh! Is it good! Well, i think so anyway.

This is very thin...more like a glaze, not a frosting. I ended up adding 3 cups of conf. sugar and some Crisco to lessen the strong butter flavor. This would be great on cinnamon rolls as is I think!

Yeah that's why i shouldn't really call it bakery-style frosting. I can't imagine using it on everything UNLESS you add 3 cups of xxx sugar. but i love the glaze-ness and the butter flavor myself so i leave the recipe as is.
Thanks for trying it!
