Double Chocolate Walnut Bars Recipe
Depending on how big or small you cut your bars will depend on how many this yummie recipe will serve. This is another one of those good one's with Eagle Brand Milk, need I say more ;0)

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 C. unsifted flour
  • 3/4 C. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 plus 1/4 C. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 3/4 C. margarine or butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 1 (6 oz) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 C. chopped walnuts

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In medium bowl, combine 1-1/4 C. flour, sugar, 1/3 C. cocoa and salt.
  3. Stir in margarine and 1 egg; mix well.
  4. Spread onto bottom of greased 9x13 baking pan.
  5. In mixer bowl, combine Eagle Brand , 1/4 C. flour, 1/4 C. cocoa, 1 egg, vanilla and baking powder; mix well.
  6. Spoon evenly over crust. Top with chips and walnuts.
  7. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temp.
