Classic Meatloaf is a delicious old favorite that can be whipped up in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs. extra lean ground beef
  • 1/4 lbs. lean ground pork
  • 1/4 lbs. lean ground veal
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. sage

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Spray vegetable oil spray into a nonstick loaf pan
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  4. Turn onto the loaf pan and bake 90 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes before cutting
