Classic Karo Pumpkin Pie

- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground saigon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup shopping list
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin shopping list
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust, unbaked shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sugar, salt and spices in a bowl
- Add eggs and beat slightly
- Add remaining ingredients; blend well
- Pour pumpkin filling into pie crust
- Bake at 425F for 15 minutes
- Reduce oven temperature to 350F and continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in pie center comes out clean
- Cool a minimum of 2 hours before serving
