Spinach Crackers

- 1 bag of baby spinach (pre-washed) shopping list
- 3/4 cup almond flour shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 Tbs ghee, butter or oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs water shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat the oven to 350F
- In a frying pan, add ghee/butter/oil, then add spinach, garlic, water and salt.
- Cover and cook until wilted
- Remove from heat, squeeze out excess water (mash it with a spoon over a sink or use a strainer), then place into a bowl and add the almond flour
- Mix well - food processor may assist with this step
- Spread onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- It should be very thin, about 1/8"
- Bake for 25 min.
- Remove from the oven and carefully cut into small squares without lifting it from the sheet.
- Lower the oven to 170F and bake (dry) for about 60-120 minutes (when the crackers are crispy, they're done)
