When these plums are in season, this is a delectable dessert. You can substitute with other fruits from the can all season long.

Ingredients
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Milk
  • Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Damson Plums

Directions
  1. Cake:
  2. Blend:
  3. 2/3 cup sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/3 cup butter
  6. Stir in:
  7. 1/3 cup milk
  8. 1 1/2 cup flour
  9. 2 tsps. baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp. salt.
  11. Topping:
  12. 1/4 cup butter
  13. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  14. 1/3 cup flour
  15. Stir until crumbly
  16. Halve and depit plums
  17. place on top of batter in proportion to serving sizes.
  18. Sprinkle topping mixture over top.
  19. Bake for about 35 to 45 minutes.
  20. Gets bubblee and let cool and enjoy!
