How to make it

  • Blend garlic, parsley and basil; add sour cream,
  • milk, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and cheese.
  • Cover and process until smooth.
  • Mix remaining soy sauce and oil, brush on fish.
  • Grill until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Warm pesto; spoon on salmon.
  • Salmon may be broiled.
