How to make it

  • Wash potatoes and cut into rings.
  • Mix flour and salt then add egg and milk and beat until smoother batter is formed.
  • Dip potato slices in batter and fry in hot oil to a golden brown.
  • Drain well and sprinkle with salt.
  • Serve hot.

    I always used leftover mashed potatoes for my potato cakes. Very similar to this recipe. Definitely is good.
