Sauteed Beet Greens with Onions amp Garlic

- Greens from 1 bunch of beets, torn into pieces shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 small red onion shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- Freshly ground sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat
- Add the garlic, onion, and a little sea salt; cook until translucent
- Add the beet greens to the skillet
- Cook and stir until greens are wilted and tender
- Season with salt and pepper and serve
