How to make it

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat
  • Add the garlic, onion, and a little sea salt; cook until translucent
  • Add the beet greens to the skillet
  • Cook and stir until greens are wilted and tender
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve
