Ingredients

1 1/4 cup white wine

2 cups 1% low fat milk

1 sm can blue crab,drained

1 can low fat or fat free cream of asparagus soup

1 can low fat or fat free cream of mushroom soup

1 Tbsp light cream

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a saucepan, except the cream. Heat to boiling, then immediately turn down to simmer. Simmer approximately 5 minutes. Add light cream right before you are ready to serve.
