Blue Crab Bisque

- 1 1/4 white wine shopping list
- 2 cups low fat milk shopping list
- 1 sm can blue crab shopping list
- 1 can condensed low fat cream of asparagus soup shopping list
- 1 can condensed low fat cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 tbsp light cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan, except the cream.
- Heat to boiling.
- As soon as it begins to boil, turn heat down to low.
- Let simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
- Right before serving, add cream.
- For extra richness, a dollop of butter or a splash of sherry right before serving is a nice touch.
