Grandma Jeans Sweet Potato Pie

A delicious pie that can be made completely "sugar free"
Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potato shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 ½ cups sugar ( or Splenda ) shopping list
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 small can milk shopping list
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding ( I use sugar free/fat free ) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 regular pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients with mixer
- Bake at 350 about 30 minutes.
- Makes 2 9” pies. ( not deep dish )
