A delicious pie that can be made completely "sugar free"

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mashed potato
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 ½ cups sugar ( or Splenda )
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small can milk
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding ( I use sugar free/fat free )
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 regular pie crust

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients with mixer
  2. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes.
  3. Makes 2 9” pies. ( not deep dish )
