Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse and pat dry fish, place on broiler pan/cookie sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
  • Brush with melted butter.
  • Mix Garlic Powder, Celery salt and Pepper together, then season fish to your liking.
  • Place about 4 inches under your Broiler at highest oven setting. Broil for approximately 3-3.5 minutes, remove from broiler, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to broiler for additional 3-5 minutes, or until Parmesan begins to brown.
  • Remove from Broiler, and lightly brush with remaining butter, then top with the green onions.
  • Serve immediately. ( Your broiler needs to be at it’s highest setting or you will dry out the fish)
  • This is wonderfully fast and delicious. Richness of the butter, sweetness of the fish, saltiness of the Parmesan, a little heat from the pepper, and the freshness of the green onions makes for some nice flavors. Serve with cottage cheese and a steamed vegetable for a low-carbohydrate satisfying meal.
  • This is my favorite way to have fish, I’ve made it for family dinner and parties, and people rave about it.
  • ENJOY!!
