Ingredients
  • 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 (1 lb.) sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. beef bouillon seasoning or 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. In a large skillet cook and stir steak, mushrooms and onion in margarine, over medium-high heat; until steak is browned and vegetables are tender
  2. Reduce heat to medium
  3. Add flour; cook and stir 1 minute
  4. Add water and bouillon; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
  5. Stir in sour cream; heat through (Do not boil)
  6. Serve with hot noodles
