Beef Stroganoff

- 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked shopping list
- 1 (1 lb.) sirloin steak, cut into thin strips shopping list
- 2 cups (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter shopping list
- 1 tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 tbsp. beef bouillon seasoning or 3 beef bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet cook and stir steak, mushrooms and onion in margarine, over medium-high heat; until steak is browned and vegetables are tender
- Reduce heat to medium
- Add flour; cook and stir 1 minute
- Add water and bouillon; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
- Stir in sour cream; heat through (Do not boil)
- Serve with hot noodles
