Thyme Sorbet

- 18 oz water shopping list
- 5 oz sugar shopping list
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme in flower shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the water and sugar until a thick syrup is formed. (abt 15 minutes)
- Remove from heat.
- Add thyme.
- Let thyme steep for about two minutes and then remove from syrup and strain the syrup through a very fine seive.
- Pour syrup into a shallow container and place in the freezer until partly frozen.
- Remove from the freezer, mix in the frozen edges to the middle, and refreeze. Continue this until it is the proper texture.
