How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 400.
  • Cut the truffles into very thin slices.
  • Heat the butter in a large pan and add the onion.
  • After the onion starts to cook, add the bacon and rice and cook for a minute.
  • Add the truffles and the stock and season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
  • Cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
