This is great for potlucks. We used to make this at a daycare I worked at and it was always gone fast...when we left out the broccoli

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (26 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut up into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 package chopped frozen broccoli
  • 2 cups uncooked instant rice
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. In a bowl combine chicken breast, soup, broccoli, rice, milk & butter.
  2. Pour into greased or buttered 9x13 pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
