How to make it

  • Heat pan
  • 2 turns of oil in hot pan
  • quickly add onion, garlic and ho pepper if using
  • 3 minutes no longer
  • remove with slotted spoon
  • place in a large bowl
  • add all other hamberger ingredient
  • mix well ( with hands)

  • fry bacon while molding burgers removing from pan when done
  • reserve a little grease for frying burgers

  • now you are going to make 12 rather flat meat patties
  • why?
  • because you are going to put in a filling of gorgonzola cheese
  • a dollop or two in the middle and close em up by pinching the edges.

  • fry 3 minutes on one side and three on second side
  • removing from heat for last minute
  • place on paper towels
  • ---------------------------------------
  • heat buns under broiler
  • place guacamole on one side of a bun and place hamburger on
  • top , bacon, then more guacamole on top and other side of bun. A crusty bakery or hand made bun is best. Hope you enjoy!
  • Of course , weather willing, you can grill.
