How to make it

  • Mix first 4 ingredients. Add next 5 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate. Add rest of the ingredients.
  • Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Frost with a powdered sugar frosting. Decorate with half a pecan, if desired.
  • Makes about 4 dozen cookies
