Pork Roast in Mustard Crust Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Season pork roast with salt and pepper
  • Place in shallow pan and roast for 30 minutes
  • Remove from pan; spread pork with spicy mustard and sprinkle with crushed garlic crouton crumbs
  • Return to oven and continue to roast for 10-15 minutes longer, util meat thermometer reached 155F.
