Pork Roast in Mustard Crust

Ingredients
  • Pork roast
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp. spicy mustard
  • garlic croutons, crushed

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Season pork roast with salt and pepper
  3. Place in shallow pan and roast for 30 minutes
  4. Remove from pan; spread pork with spicy mustard and sprinkle with crushed garlic crouton crumbs
  5. Return to oven and continue to roast for 10-15 minutes longer, util meat thermometer reached 155F.
