Quick Pork Fajitas

Ingredients
  • Pork tenderloin
  • 2 or 3 tbsp. taco seasoning
  • oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • flour tortillas, warmed
  • salsa

Directions
  1. Thinly slice pork tenderloin
  2. Toss pork pieces with taco seasoning
  3. Heat a little oil in a nonstick skillet
  4. Stir-fry pork with onion and green pepper, until pork is just done and onion is tender, about 5-8 minutes
  5. Wrap portions in warm flour tortillas
  6. Serve with salsa
