I have not tried these. I got this recipe from an estate sale. It looks easy and good. If you try it and like it please let me know.

Ingredients
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Grate potatoes then add milk and egg.
  2. Add flour salt and baking powder and mix well.
  3. Drop by small teaspoons in hot deep oil.
