Ingredients
  • 1 corned beef brisket
  • ¾ cup whole grain mustard
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Directions
  1. Cover beef with water.
  2. Bring to boil and simmer approx. 4 – 5 hours.
  3. When done, remove beef from water and pat dry.
  4. Mix mustard, honey, brown sugar and horseradish.
  5. Place beef in baking pan and cover top of beef with mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for approx. ½ - ¾ hour.
