This is a delightful glaze to put over pastries or drizzle over fresh fruit.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/8 teaspoons almond extract

Directions
  1. Blend the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Dribble over the cake before serving, allowing the glaze to run down the sides of the cake.
  3. Decorate with a few whole almonds.
