My grandfather was a downtown St. Louis corner market owner/butcher. He loved this! Especially when he provided the fresh braunschweiger.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 lb braunschweiger
- 1/2 cup chili sauce (catsup may be substituted)
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1 Tbl minced onion
Directions
- Blend ingredients together
- Serve with crackers
