How to make it

  • Combine both sugars and sour cream in a medium saucepan
  • Cook over medium heat, stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Continue cooking without stirring to 238 degrees on candy thermometer or soft ball stage
  • Remove from heat
  • Add vanilla and nuts
  • Stir until coated
  • Turn onto waxed paper-Separate nuts with a fork
  • Let dry and cool
