a really nice tuna pasta very cheap and very fast
Ingredients
- 400g dried penne pasta shopping list
- 425g can tuna in oil shopping list
- 1 cup drained green valley greek pitted olives shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of finely grated lemon rind shopping list
- 80g baby rocket leaves shopping list
- shaved parmesan cheese,to serve shopping list
How to make it
- cook pasta following instructions on packet.Drain
- reduce heat add tuna.Add pasta,olives,lemon rind,Add lemon jucie and rocket.
- Season with salt and pepper.Toss combine.
- Serve with grated parmesan on top.
- (tip) for extra colour i chargill red capsicum or semi-sun dried tomarto's
