Ingredients
  • 15 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Greek Seasoning
  • 1 beef brisket (Around 8 lbs)

Directions
  1. Take a knife and cut deeply into the brisket a few times along its entire length.
  2. Take the garlic cloves and push them as far as possible into the cuts on the brisket.
  3. Sprinkle the Greek seasoning freely onto brisket. Amount will vary depending on desired taste.
  4. Using a outdoor charcoal barbecue or grill, heat charcoals till gray (hot) and place mesquite wood over them.
  5. Place the brisket so the fat side is facing down onto grill/barbecue.
  6. Do not turn brisket and simply allow it to smoke for 2 hours on grill/barbecue.
  7. Take the meat off of the grill/barbecue.
  8. Using heavy aluminum foil, tightly wrap the meat 2 times in it.
  9. Place brisket on cookie sheet and allow to cook in the oven at 250 degrees F for 2 hours.
  10. Take out of oven and leave foil on for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the meat to absorb extra juices.
  11. Remove foil, cut, serve, and enjoy!
