THE REAL DEAL PINA COLADA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Woodall Estate in Garland, Texas in 1996.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup light rum
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks

Directions
  1. Sliced pineapple and maraschino cherries for garnish
  2. Fill blender halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Add rum, coconut cream, coconut milk and pineapple chunks and puree.
  4. Serve garnished with slices of pineapple and maraschino cherries.
