Caffe Shakerato

For Caffe Shakerato with Liquer or bitters add an ouce of a sweet liquer or bitter digestivo to coffee and ice. For iced Cappuccino make coffee, shake it add milk and shake again. Pour into goblet and add ground cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 2 demitasse cups FRESHLY brewed hot, strong espresso shopping list
- sugar (optional) shopping list
- liquer (annisette is great but your choice) shopping list
- 4 ice cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Combine coffee and sugar
- stir until dissolved
- add liquer
- Place in shaker with ice
- cover and shake until ice is almost dissolved and a foamy top appears on the surface
- carefully pour into two stemmed goblets- do not deflate foam
