For Caffe Shakerato with Liquer or bitters add an ouce of a sweet liquer or bitter digestivo to coffee and ice. For iced Cappuccino make coffee, shake it add milk and shake again. Pour into goblet and add ground cinnamon.

Ingredients
  • 2 demitasse cups FRESHLY brewed hot, strong espresso
  • sugar (optional)
  • liquer (annisette is great but your choice)
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Combine coffee and sugar
  2. stir until dissolved
  3. add liquer
  4. Place in shaker with ice
  5. cover and shake until ice is almost dissolved and a foamy top appears on the surface
  6. carefully pour into two stemmed goblets- do not deflate foam
