Date Bran Muffins

High in fiber, and tasty with the addition of pitted dates. Eat your fiber and enjoy it too :)
Ingredients
- 1 c. bran shopping list
- ¾ c. milk shopping list
- 1 c. flour shopping list
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- ¼ c. each sugar, oil shopping list
- ½ c. each chopped pitted dates, walnuts shopping list
- 1 egg (or 2 egg whites) shopping list
How to make it
- Soak the bran in the milk for a little while as you blend the remaining ingredients together.
- Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
