Baked Spaghetti

- 1 pkg. (16 oz) spaghetti shopping list
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped (or onion powder, if desired) shopping list
- 1 jar (26 oz) meatless spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 5 tbsp butter, melted shopping list
- 2 cups (16 oz) small-curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 4 C shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and butter. Drain spaghetti; add to the egg mixture and toss to coat.
- Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13-in x 9-in baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese, then half of the meat sauce, then half of the mozzalrella cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Uncover, bake 20-25 min. longer or until cheese is melted
