How to make it

  • 1. Cook noodles as pkg directs. Remove from heat; cover.
  • 2. Meanwhile heat 2 tsp oil in large nonstick skillet. Season beef with 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Add half to skillet and, turning once, cook 2 minutes until browned. Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Cook remaining beef; add to bowl.
  • 3. Add 1/2 cup water and vegetables to skillet. Cover and cook 4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Add beef and noodles; toss to mix. Garnish with sliced scallions and chopped peanuts, if desired.
