Ingredients
  • Steak (number will vary depending on amount serving)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons ginger root (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sherry

Directions
  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, grated ginger, vegetable oil, and sherry together in a bowl.
  2. Take the steak and place in large bowl or large plastic bag with mixture spread over meat.
  3. Allow to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours then barbecue/grill to own specifications.
