How to make it

  • Heat small amount of oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
  • Add chicken
  • Cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through
  • Remove from skillet
  • Add soup and water (sauce mixture)
  • Bring to a boil
  • Stir in rice and broccoli (vegetables)
  • Top with chicken and cheese (Add ons)
  • Cover
  • Cook on low heat for 5 minutes
  • ****Try these for different flavors:
  • Asian -
  • (Sauce Mixture) 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth, 1/2 cup water, 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce and 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • (vegetables) 2 cups stir fry vegetables, fresh or frozen
  • (add ons) a sprinkle of peanuts
  • Mexican -
  • (Sauce Mixture) 1 cup salsa, 1 1/3 cups water
  • (vegetables) 1 cup corn or 1 can black beans, drained
  • (add ons) 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Italian Parmesan -
  • (Sauce Mixture) 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 1 cup water
  • (vegetables) 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • (add ons) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese
