Ingredients
  • 1 lb. or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups broccoli flowerets, fresh or fozen, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Heat small amount of oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
  2. Add chicken
  3. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through
  4. Remove from skillet
  5. Add soup and water (sauce mixture)
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Stir in rice and broccoli (vegetables)
  8. Top with chicken and cheese (Add ons)
  9. Cover
  10. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes
  11. ****Try these for different flavors:
  12. Asian -
  13. (Sauce Mixture) 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth, 1/2 cup water, 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce and 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  14. (vegetables) 2 cups stir fry vegetables, fresh or frozen
  15. (add ons) a sprinkle of peanuts
  16. Mexican -
  17. (Sauce Mixture) 1 cup salsa, 1 1/3 cups water
  18. (vegetables) 1 cup corn or 1 can black beans, drained
  19. (add ons) 1 cup shredded cheese
  20. Italian Parmesan -
  21. (Sauce Mixture) 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 1 cup water
  22. (vegetables) 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  23. (add ons) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese
