Fudge Pie

This pie is the perfect end to any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter-melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter-softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips-melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans(or the nut of your choice) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and 1/3 cup melted butter. Mix well.
- Press into ungreased 9" pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
- In a medium or large mixing bowl,beat 1/2 cup butter until creamy.
- Add brown sugar.
- Add one egg at a time,beating well after each addition.
- Stir in melted chocolate and remaining ingredients.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cool completely or serve slightly warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Note: To save time,you may use a store bought,ready-made chocolate cookie crust.
