Mini Salad Bowls

- 1/2 Head of lettece finely chopped shopping list
- 1 sweet onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1 lbs shrimp thawed shopping list
- 1 Cup mozzarella cheese shredded shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Parmesian cheese Grated shopping list
- 4 Large tortillas shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Creamy Italian dressing or Ceasar dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Mix Mozzarella and Parmesian in small bowl and set aside
- Cut each tortilla into 4 even sections (like a pie)
- Place in microwave for a few seconds to soften.
- Gently Press each section of tortilla into a regular sized muffin pan
- Place into a 325 degree oven for approx 5 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Times may very by oven.
- Remove from oven, leave in muffin pan and set aside to cool
- Place Lettece, onion, and shrimp in a bowl. Toss with 2 to 3 Tlbs of Dressing
- When tortillas are cooled place 1 tsp of cheese mixture in each one. Then fill with Shrimp salad. Sprinke with salt and pepper.
- Chill and serve
