Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 cups milk

1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar

1 (4 ounce) package Ritz crackers (1-2 sleeves depending how thick you want it, we use about 1 1/2)

Directions

This is only an approximation. I never do measure the items.

I just dump milk in the saucepan, add butter and sugar (I never measure)....when it is heated. I add the crackers. This should be the consistency of really soft stuffing.
