Sausage And Green Pepper Breakfast Casserole Recipe
This is a great comfort food. Perfect for breakfast but it tastes so good you'll want to eat it more often than that! You can mix everything together and let it chill overnight so it's ready to bake in the morning.

Ingredients
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 8oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1lb turkey sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 green pepper, diced

Directions
  1. Lightly grease a 9" x 12" baking dish and lay the crescent rolls out flat in the bottom to make a crust.
  2. Spread the diced green pepper across the bottom, along with 1/2 the cheese.
  3. Brown the turkey sausage, drain, and add as the next layer.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and soup, then pour this mixture over everything in the dish.
  5. Spread the remaining cheese over the top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Enjoy!
