Smoky Potato Skillet

- 1 package (16 oz) smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces shopping list
- 2 celery ribs, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 T butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 package (5 1/4 oz) au gratin potatoes shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, saute the sausage, celery and onion in butter until vegetables are tender. Stir in water, milk and contents of sauce mix from potatoes; bring to a boil. Stir in potatoes. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once.
