This is my family's favorite dish--it is SO wonderful and good for you too with all the broccoli!!

Ingredients
  • 1-2 bunches of broccoli flowerets
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 bunch of green onions (use green tops only) optional
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernals
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • For Dressing: 3/4 cup Miracle Whip, 2 Tblsp. Vinegar, 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Mix well and pour over salad.

Directions
  1. Chop broccoli and onion tops into small pieces; Place in medium bowl and add the crumbled bacon, sunflower kernals and raisins. Mix with dressing and serve.
  2. This is also good if you put in the fridge before you put on dressing and let it get cold; then put dressing on and serve.
