Spicey Turkey Soup

- 1packaged envelope of onion soup mix. shopping list
- 1lb. of ground trukey. shopping list
- 1large container of chicken broth shopping list
- 1tbsp of chopped garlic, i use the garlic in olive oil. shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. of chilli powder shopping list
- 1 package of top romen noodles crushed in to sm. pieces. do not use the flavoring thats in the package. shopping list
- black pepper to taste . shopping list
- 1 large can of can of stewed tomatoes. choppe the tomatoes in to sm pieces. before putting into the soup. shopping list
- 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables of your liking. shopping list
How to make it
- Place the chicken broth into the soup pan and add the turkey and the onion soup , boil for 10 min. then add the vegtables and stewed tomatoes boil another 10 minutes then add the spices and the crushed noodle to the soup. boil till noodles and vegetables are done. you can serve this with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of each bowl of soup before serving or you can use crackers or croutons. it is also tasty with out adding any thing else to this soup.
- I also add dumplings to this soup using a teaspoon to drop them in the soup. try it and see what you think.
