I fix this soup in about a half hr. its quick and quite filling. i can be served alone or with salad or what ever you wish to serve it with.

Ingredients
  • 1packaged envelope of onion soup mix.
  • 1lb. of ground trukey.
  • 1large container of chicken broth
  • 1tbsp of chopped garlic, i use the garlic in olive oil.
  • 1/4 tsp. of chilli powder
  • 1 package of top romen noodles crushed in to sm. pieces. do not use the flavoring thats in the package.
  • black pepper to taste .
  • 1 large can of can of stewed tomatoes. choppe the tomatoes in to sm pieces. before putting into the soup.
  • 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables of your liking.

Directions
  1. Place the chicken broth into the soup pan and add the turkey and the onion soup , boil for 10 min. then add the vegtables and stewed tomatoes boil another 10 minutes then add the spices and the crushed noodle to the soup. boil till noodles and vegetables are done. you can serve this with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of each bowl of soup before serving or you can use crackers or croutons. it is also tasty with out adding any thing else to this soup.
  2. I also add dumplings to this soup using a teaspoon to drop them in the soup. try it and see what you think.
