Ingredients
  • 10 oz Pkg Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese, cut into cubes
  • 4oz Cream Cheese
  • 10 oz Can RoTel -Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
  • 8 Slices Cooked Bacon, crumbled

Directions
  1. In microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Microwave on high 6 mins, stirring every 2
  3. Heat until cheese is melted and well blended.
  4. Excellent to Serve in Bread Bowl - see post for Dip Bread Bowl.
  5. Also, good served with tortillas or bagels cut into piece
  6. Enjoy.
