Growing up. My mom use to make, hotdog spaghetti bake. She has since lost the recipe. I just remember it had spanish rice dry mix, crushed tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese, chopped green pepper, sliced olives and sliced hotdogs. It tasted better the next day. She use to make a big pan of it.
