Ingredients
  • 1 tub smooth cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Hellmans mayonnaise - or your favorite mayo
  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic - crushed
  • some finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. mix the cottage cheese and the mayo together
  2. Add the freshly crushed garlic
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Prepare at least an hour before serving to allow for the garlic to infuse the cottage cheese and mayo mixture
  5. serve with Doridos or your favorite crisps
